Brandon Cheek is the President and a project manager for Oakstone Homes. He has worked with his father in the home building business for the past 15 years. As a project manager, Brandon works directly with clients to finalize bids, manage budgets, supervise job sites, schedule contractors, ensure timelines, and manage our team. Brandon holds a business management degree from Iowa State University and is a Keller Williams real estate agent.

Katelyn Cheek

Design Director

Katelyn works closely with clients to ensure their dream home becomes a reality. From paint colors and flooring to furniture picks and floor plans, Katelyn’s creativity and vision helps create unique and personalized homes. Katelyn was the former E-commerce Editor at Meredith Corporation working on brands such as Shape Magazine, Better Homes and Gardens, Fitness, and more. She is also the founder of the lifestyle blog Katalina Girl, where she has partnered with brands such as Target, Rebecca Minkoff, Shopbop, Zappos, TRESemmé, Instyle Magazine, New York Fashion Week, and many more. Katelyn’s design aesthetic falls somewhere between Studio McGee and Joanna Gaines.

Bryan Cheek

For the past 25 years, Oakstone Homes has been a family-owned and operated business managed by Bryan Cheek. Bryan is equipped with 30+ years of building experience with an expertise in trim carpentry and innovative design. Throughout his career, Bryan has built custom homes, spec houses, multi-family units, bi-attached home, renovated properties and managed countless job sites. As the Vice President and a project manager, Bryan is extremely “hands on” valuing high-quality work and attention to detail.
