The 46th Court project is a culmination of all things warm and woodsy. Natural elements like wood, stone, metal and greenery come together to form a home that feels like a fairytale.

The Living Room
Deep wood tones contrast perfectly with the organic, rugged shapes of the stone fireplace. Add in some brass accents and a few found antiques, and this spot instantly becomes the coziest space in the house—perfect for our cold Iowa winters.

The Master Bath
More statement stone complete with a cascading layer of greenery serves as the perfect focal point for this master suite. Framed by two white vanities with white plaster sconces, the matching plaster lantern adds charm and character.
Vintage Rug: The Found Mercantile. We sourced another gorgeous rug from Kaitlyn from The Found Mercantile. She is definitely our go-to source for vintage rugs.
