The one you’ve all been waiting for! Step inside the stunning Oak Drive project and prepare to fall in love with its timelessly muted and effortlessly neutral design.

The Living Room

These built-ins have created quite the buzz in our Instagram DMs, and for good reason. This gorgeous shade of blue-gray might just be the perfect backdrop for just about anything. (PS – check out the end of this post for all the details on paint!)

We often get asked where we find all of our furnishings. We recently found Winnoby Home and had to share. Did you see the gorgeous, rope tray? That’s them!

The Entry

We love a good vintage runner moment. Paired with brass globe pendants and an oversized front door washed in our favorite stain, this entryway is ready to welcome (and wow) anyone who comes knocking.

Rug: The Found Mercantile

The Half Bath

It may be half a bathroom, but this little corner of the Oak Street project is a whole vibe. From the fun tile floor to the bold, moody shiplap, this space feels both fun and refreshing. The matte, white circle mirror was a last-minute addition and it might just be our favorite contrasting moment in the space.

The Mud Room

The paint color was so good we had to use it twice! Unlacquered brass ball knobs and locker hooks brought a touch of warmth while the whitewash, white oak bench and draws your eye down to the custom-built, brass drawer pulls. We added in a few woven textures, fresh blooms and another time-worn rug from The Found Mercantile. If you’re unfamiliar with The Found Mercantile make sure to check her out. Kaitlyn, the shop owner sources the most-beautiful vintage rugs. Her selection is incredible and her eye for design is unrivaled.

The Master Bath

White oak cabinets and herringbone, porcelain floors are definitely a go-to look. The space includes polished nickel accents in cabinet hardware, plumbing and mirrors for the perfect, primary retreat.

The Kids Bath

Our homeowner wanted to have a little fun for her kid’s bathroom. Black hex floors bring the modern element while the gooseneck sconces feel a touch more traditional—a mix we love. For added storage, we created a shiplap rail for robe hooks which was also the perfect excuse for a pop of color.
