Step into our office. Our brand new, beautiful West Glen office is the product of months and months of planning, designing and dreaming big. This was our team’s first venture into commercial design, and we learned so much about the unique requirements and considerations that come with this side of the industry. While it may technically be an “office” for our team and a local real estate firm, our main goal with the design was making the space feel homey and sophisticated, without any of the stuffiness you’d expect to find in a traditional commercial space.

The Entry & Coffee Bar

Working in the home building industry is no easy feat. We are always on the go bouncing from meetings, to job-sites, to showrooms and just about everywhere in between. The entry is the perfect space to grab a quick espresso (or an Americano!) from our custom coffee bar, pop open our laptops and send a few emails in between stops. Or, on slower days, spread out our things in one of the gorgeous white oak booths while crossing off our never-ending to-do lists.

The Conference Room

White oak was a prominent piece of our overall design, and we can’t get enough of this stunning 10-person white oak conference table. Clients, agents and our design team gather around this table to pull out samples of stone, cabinets, flooring, paint and more for Cottage Series selections meetings. As a space full of our favorite paint colors, wood finishes and other building materials, it’s the the perfect place to find inspiration and get creative.

The Kitchen

Would you believe us if we said this entire place used to be a gym? After ripping up some particularly stubborn rubber floors, removing walls of mirrors and creating a totally new floor plan, it was decisions like this gorgeous green kitchen that completely transformed the property. With warm touches of brass, antiquated brick and artisan-made walnut pendants, this kitchen feels like a home away from home.

The Office

This sun-soaked office we designed for one of our agents feels sophisticated and professional yet effortlessly cool. Classic touches like cognac leather balanced with modern lines and clean design make this the perfect space to welcome clients.

The Gallery Wall

If these pictures could talk, they'd tell you all about the struggles our team faced hanging them. Through a lot of laughter, some questionable ladder placements and a few instances of sheer luck, we were able to achieve the gallery wall of our dreams. Brass, black, and wood frames showcase our favorite vintage prints in the most beautiful way, making this wall a truly beautiful work of art.
